If you would like to apply for a Stakeholder Pension, you can use our online form.
You will need to be:

the account holder and allowed to authorise debits from the account
over 18 (if you are applying for a minor please contact our Support Team on 0845 716 6747 for a copy of our Stakeholder Application form for Minors)

We may record and monitor calls to help us to improve our service.

You can apply online for both regular premiums and single premiums using our online form by direct debit.

What happens once I've applied?
With a Scottish Widows Stakeholder Pension you will be able to view and update your pension plus request a benefit statement for your records online.

Important Notes
Please do not use your browser's back button as this will result in your application being cancelled and you will have to start again. There is a facility on the final page of the application for you to change any details before submitting the application.
